Call us to schedule your first fundamentals class. We can work around your schedule.
The High Country CrossFit Fundamentals Course is mandatory for the individual who wants to train with us at HCCF. High Country CrossFit Fundamentals Course meets for 3 classes over two-weeks.
During the one-hour class you will, along with other beginners or privately, be working with a certified coach who will safely expose you to our movement curriculum. Movement techniques will be drilled as well as a progressive introduction to the intensity levels that are inherent in our group classes. Then each class will end with a workout involving the movements you were taught that class and previous classes.
What Will This Cost Me?
Payment is due at beginning of the second class. The Fundamentals class is $65, plus we require your first month’s membership upfront.
